Free Agency is a new kind of agency that represents talent in the tech industry. Members of Free Agency are connected with a talent agent that connects them with opportunities, coaches them on interviews, helps them negotiate, and gets them raises. Overall, the brand feels trustworthy, friendly, and fits in well with the tech industry visual landscape for which it was created.


The F mark takes on the shape of a flag, celebrating individuality and opportunity. The waving shapes help activate the identity conveying the motion and excitement of receiving a job offer. 

Using the swash shapes of the icon, I created a unifying visual device for use on the borders of print and digital touchpoints. All of the shapes in the applications are enlarged, cropped versions of the F mark.
